Calculate percentages instantly — three modes for any percentage problem
Multiply Y by X and divide by 100. For example, 25% of 200 = (25 × 200) / 100 = 50.
Divide X by Y and multiply by 100. For example, 50 is what percent of 200? (50 / 200) × 100 = 25%.
Subtract the old value from the new value, divide by the old value, then multiply by 100. Formula: ((New − Old) / Old) × 100. A positive result is an increase; negative is a decrease.
